台灣現泡茶 x 素食餐

 

把時間,留給味蕾。這是一場「體驗式」的餐桌計畫,我們將現泡的台灣茶融入用餐過程,讓每一口料理,都有茶香引路。

 

更棒的是,在Veggie Garden這個開放的空間——
你可以感受辛香菇菇與茗茶在口中的化學反應,也靜靜享受鐵觀音愛玉的清涼滑順,更可以隨性地向廚師詢問素燥飯的秘方,或是跟侍茶師聊聊這泡茶背後的山頭香氣。沒有拘束,只有最真誠的味覺交流,開預設,來一場「品茶」與「好奇心」的台式晚宴。

 

來自台灣的廚師Tony,準備了四/六道蘊含台灣靈魂的蔬食料理,而侍茶師Sherry,則親自挑選適合的現泡台灣茶做搭配(Tea Pairing)。職人將在你身邊,一道道、一杯杯,驚喜上桌,讓味蕾遇見濃郁且意想不到的發酵組合。

Taiwanese Freshly Brewed Tea x Vegan Cuisine

 

Tea, cuisine, and the warmth of connection: This is a special table project where we integrate freshly brewed Taiwanese tea into every course, allowing the tea’s aroma to guide each bite. 

 

Beyond the meal, in the open and welcoming space of Veggie Garden—You will experience the chemistry between spicy mushrooms and tea on your tongue, or quietly enjoy the silky coolness of Tieguanyin Aiyu (Oolong tea) jelly. Feel free to ask Chef Tony for his secret vegan "braised mince" recipe, or chat with Tea Master Sherry about the mountain peaks where the tea was cultivated.

No rigid rules, no lectures—just a sincere exchange of flavors. Come join us and discover a world of 'tea tasting' and 'curiosity' during your quality time here!

 

Chef Tony, originally from Taiwan, is going to serve a series of dishes infused with the island's soul. Meanwhile, Tea Mater Sherry hand-selects freshly brewed Taiwanese teas to complement the experience. Together, they will be by your side, serving surprises dish by dish, cup by cup—where your taste buds will meet rich, unexpected fermented combinations.
