海外華人親子文化工作坊 

是不是,離開熟悉的文化環境後,才更珍惜那些從小陪伴我們的節慶與味道?
是不是,也希望在海外長大的孩子,能與這份文化建立深深的連結?

這是一場關於「文化傳承」與「情感連結」的親子工作坊。我們透過故事與體驗,讓孩子在輕鬆愉快的氛圍中認識清明節的意義,也讓大人在忙碌的生活中,重新找回一份熟悉的歸屬感。


活動亮點

•【中文說故事】:用孩子能理解的方式,講述清明節的由來與故事。
•【手作紅龜粿】:動手製作傳統紅龜粿,體驗經典手藝。
•【經典刈包】:現場提供經典刈包,品嚐記憶中的家鄉味。
•【草仔粿販售】:限量古早味,將美好回憶帶回家。

這將會是一個充滿文化氣息與家鄉味的午後,在 Veggie Garden 留下屬於你們的溫暖回憶。


 活動流程

14:00 – 14:10|迎賓與報到
輕鬆入場,報到並認識環境,為接下來的活動暖身。

14:10 – 14:40|清明節故事時光
由華語教師帶領,用生動有趣的方式,帶孩子認識清明節的由來與文化意義。
(孩子參與故事;家長可於休息區稍作放鬆與交流)

14:40 – 15:50|中場休息與準備時間
享用飲品、自由交流,並進行手作前的準備(洗手、分組等)。

15:50 – 16:50|手作:紅龜粿體驗
在帶領下親手製作紅龜粿,從揉、壓到成型,感受傳統點心的溫度與樂趣。

16:50 – 17:30|蒸製與共享時光
等待紅龜粿蒸熟的同時,一起享用現場準備的刈包與點心,在輕鬆的氛圍中交流與品嚐,為活動畫下溫暖句點。


適合 6 至 10 歲兒童參加。每位報名的孩童視為一個單位(費用 €30)。家長可陪同孩子進場,並在店內找到座位休息。若家長想享用餐點,可於店內單獨點餐。

Overseas Chinese Parent-Child Cultural Workshop 

Have you ever found that being away from your cultural roots makes you cherish them even more?

Do you also hope that your children growing up abroad can build a meaningful connection with their cultural heritage?

This parent-child workshop is designed to celebrate cultural traditions and emotional connections. Through storytelling and hands-on food experiences, we aim to help children growing up overseas connect with the meaning of the Qingming Festival in a joyful and engaging way. At the same time, we hope to offer adults a moment of familiarity and belonging, even far from home.


Event Highlights

Chinese Storytelling
Sharing the origins and stories of the Qingming Festival in a way that children can easily understand and enjoy.

Handmade Red Tortoise Cakes (Ang Ku Kueh)
Make traditional Red Tortoise Cakes together and experience this classic craft firsthand.

Classic Gua Bao (刈包)
Enjoy this beloved traditional street food and reconnect with familiar flavors.

Caozai Guo (Mugwort Rice Cake) Sale
Limited quantities available — take a taste of tradition home with you.

Join us for an afternoon filled with the flavors of heritage and cultural connection at Veggie Garden. 


Event Schedule

14:00 – 14:10 | Welcome & Check-in
Arrive, settle in, and get comfortable as we prepare for the afternoon together.

14:10 – 14:40 | Qingming Storytime
Led by a Chinese language teacher, children will explore the origins and meaning of the Qingming Festival through engaging storytelling.
(Children join the session while adults can relax and connect in the lounge area.)

14:40 – 15:50 | Break & Preparation
Enjoy refreshments, mingle with other families, and get ready for the hands-on session (including hand washing and setup).

15:50 – 16:50 | Activity: Making Red Tortoise Cakes
A guided hands-on experience where you shape and create traditional Ang Ku Kueh together.

16:50 – 17:30 | Steaming & Sharing Time
While the cakes are being steamed, enjoy freshly prepared Gua Bao and light refreshments. A relaxed moment to connect, share, and savor the flavors of tradition.


Recommended for children aged 6 and above. Each registered child counts as one participant (fee: €30). Parents are welcome to accompany their children and find a comfortable seat in the venue. If parents would like to enjoy a meal, they are welcome to order separately from the venue’s menu.
