Made by the traditional cheese making process, the 'curd' is created by mixing nuts, water and cultures that ensure the typical white mold crust, protein conversion and taste.

The vegan cheeses are wrapped in special cheese paper that extends the shelf life. The paper is 100% recyclable, made of biomaterials and contains 60% less plastic than traditional cheese paper.
